How do I make the JV boys basketball team next year as a junior?
Im trying out for Junior Varsity basketball in 11th grade and I am skinny but I dont run very well because of ashtma. Im also very weak. How can I improve my stamina and endurance to run in basketball and my arm and leg strength?

- join a cross country team. Also try lifting a little, and if you have some extra money, buy some strength shoes from east bay.

- go to a track and do accelerations break do a 100 and a 200 break then do a 400 break then to a 100 and 200 again break again and back to the 400 again, then break and do accelerations. Gym do box squats, calf raises, bench press. Ask family or friends more.
- I'd go for varsity. My school doesnt even allow juniors or seniors on JV. It's either varsity or nothing. Cardio will increase your stamina, and strength training will make you stronger. But honestly I wouldnt even go out for JV at your age.
- what position do you play? just get workout and get as ready as you can in high school their isnt many players especially on JV that dominate you athletically so just work on your skills if you need help just holla at me played 4 years in college just work hard!
