What's the difference between junior and adult ski boots?
A friend is willing to sell me her ski boots, Dalbello CX 3. But a little bit of research revealed that these are junior boots. Well, I'm far from junior, in fact I'm a mother to 3 juniors. Do you think I could use these boots anyway? BTW, I'm quite a novice (I've been twice), but my kids have recently discovered skiing and snowboarding, so we'll be going more often and fairly soon.

- The main difference besides the size, is the junior boot is softer and designed for a lighter weight person. Have you tried them on? You need to have a very tight fit around the foot and ankle. If you have the time try to go a boot shop and try on several different pairs and ask the boot fitter what size and model and brand they suggest. Spend a couple of hours in the boots to get used to them. Do the same with your friends boots.
